Visual Studio does not seem to be running at all.
I ran the command “wmic process list all” and found the process. It’s not listed as running, so it must be doing something, but I don’t know what.
In the terminal you can check that the process is not running by using the “type” command.
The error message (0x0) is probably from the command line that Visual Studio is running. Try running the command start /wait which should make Visual Studio stop and wait for you to press enter.

And I should tell you that I wrote Visual Studio for about a decade before it was released and I wrote a number of tools in that time. I know Visual Studio is not the only tool that is a good reason to write. And as much as Visual Studio has a reputation of being the worst tool in the world, I must say that I believe every single line of code that was written by the team that released it will stand the test of time.
We all know what an emulator is and we all know what a console application is. Most people want to run a console application but don’t know how to do it. As I said before, we have never encountered a console application that didn’t have a keyboard or mouse and didn’t have a background-state or a cursor. When we ran our project at our new home in the spring of 2017, we had one screen and we had two console applications (which was one of them).
You have probably never seen a console application that had a keyboard or mouse with a background-state or a cursor. What is it? It seems like the fact that these developers have a keyboard and a mouse all comes from their code that has to be executed. It has to be executed after the main application has been called.
Yes, I’ll call this a “console application”.
Well, it’s not a console application, but it is the same concept. In console applications, you have a method called main that runs the user’s code that is started by the user clicking a menu command. This method receives arguments and it runs the code that the user entered.
