These days, it seems the UPS Store is everywhere. I’ve only been to the UPS Store once, but it’s one of the places I’ve wanted to go for a while. I feel like I’m home when I walk through the doors, with the familiar smells and feel of the store.
Ive been to a lot of places with UPS Stores before, but Ive never tried their new online store: ups.com. I like the idea of getting a ton of coupons and discounts, but it also seems like they might be trying to get me to buy their product by saying, “Hey, you know you can always get this discount online. It’s not like it’s the newest thing in technology.
I’ve seen the first ups store. The store has a giant window display, and I’ve not seen it before. The shop is a massive warehouse full of boxes, so I don’t know where I can find it. It also has a brand new app, which I just downloaded, and I’m not sure where I should download the app. Is there a place to go that I can go to when I need something in the store? I don’t know where I should go.
Ups is a small brand of electronics that focuses on designing, manufacturing, and retailing products for office workers. (I can’t think of a better description.) They have a store in San Francisco that you can visit, but they charge really steep prices for their products. I didn’t think for a second that anyone would be able to afford that kind of price. The store is right off the Embarcadero, a major transit hub for the region and the Bay Area.
Now I’m not necessarily trying to get anyone to buy the store. I’m just saying that the product is so good, and the prices are so high, that I think that they should all be on Amazon.
The only thing they give me is a lot of freebies, like this “we don’t have a lot of credit, we just have to pay for it.” I’m pretty sure that most of the stores I know are not open for business. The price tag on Amazon is a little higher than the price of the store I’m in.
The ups store near me is in the same part of SF as the famous, but now defunct, Alcatraz. It’s a little less crowded and has more shopping options. The only other stores in this area of SF I know that sell a lot of the same things I’m selling.
I’m not sure if they are offering online coupons or if the store is just selling off inventory that hasn’t expired. Either way, I’m glad I bought some stuff while visiting because now I don’t need to go back.
I don’t know what you mean by that.
Apparently someone has moved back in. Apparently there is a new store on the same street. I have been to the other two, but can’t remember the names.
