My experience with the ‘winservwest$’ account was very similar to the one I wrote about in my post ‘Should You Paint Your New Construction Home?’. The first thing I did was to verify that ‘winservwest$’ was indeed a DC, which it was. Once I verified that it was a DC, I decided to make a test account for myself.
I checked winservwest out of curiosity. I knew it was a DC, but I was curious if it was indeed the one that was set up in 2010. When I tried it, I got a message that the account was already active and I was trying to log in. I was going to go ahead and log in, but my password was wrong. I thought that could be the problem.
Well, I checked the password again to see if it was wrong, and sure enough, it was. I was back to square one. So I just created a new account and tried again. I got the same message. “The account is already active and has been for more than 6 months.
I believe that’s the problem. The account has changed, and I suspect there will be more accounts in the future.
If you’re having trouble creating an account, try using your email address and password. If you still receive the same error when you try to log in, try doing the two things at the same time.

Sorry, that was my mistake. The problem was that I was using the wrong email address. You can’t do that if you aren’t using the right email address.
My email address is actually my username on WinPadi.com.
It would seem that the only way to create a new account is by using your email address and password.
While the site is really very useful for people who want to register a new service or to get a service credit, there are other ways to get your account work. There is a way to get your account to work even if you are already registered to WinPadi.com.
