The named stmt.exec function is used to execute arbitrary code. It takes a code string, the number of bytes to execute, the number of arguments it expects, and the number of arguments it returns. You use the named stmt.exec function to execute your own code to your own code.

This is a good thing. If you are not doing something harmful to other users, then it’s acceptable to just use code that doesn’t require the permission of the owner of the calling code. If you are doing something harmful, then you need to be careful to make sure that you aren’t breaking the rules, such as using code that grants permissions to the calling code.
This was a great feature for Arkane’s other game… but it wasn’t as interesting as the “hacking,” “hacking-by-using.
I don’t think the author is going to change the game for the better, but I would rather see you do it.
If you are doing something harmful you shouldn’t be giving permission to be allowed to use code that doesn’t require permission.
I’m not saying that this would make your game better, just that it would make the game somewhat more entertaining.
