I have been doing research on the topic of meditation and have been studying the three levels of self-awareness. I have found that these levels correlate to the different aspects of our lives. The first level of self-awareness is an awareness of the current moment. The second level of self-awareness is the awareness of our past, present, and future. The third level, and perhaps the most significant, is an awareness of the unknown.
The first level is the most basic. You are aware of the current moment, which means you can see the present moment as a stream of thought flowing through you. You are aware of the past, which means you are aware of some of the things that have happened to you in the past. You are aware of the future, which means you are aware of some of the things that are going to happen to you in the future.
The second level is more complex. When you are aware of the present and the past, you are much more able to act on these thoughts and emotions. What this means is that you are free of all of the expectations that have been created for you, and you can act upon the things that you feel are important. In other words, you are not dependent on what you know, or what you think or believe.
This is something that many people in the west have learned over the last few years. The concept of being “free of expectations” is important because it allows us to be free to act on what we want when we want. When we make a decision or commit a decision, we are in total control. We can act on the outcome, despite the fact that we know the outcome will be bad.
We can also feel free to act against what we don’t know or what we think is wrong. The concept of being independent from what you know is important because it allows us to be independent from what’s wrong. When we feel we are independent we can be free from the opinions and feelings of others. When we have a choice and we can make that choice without having to depend on what others think or feel, then we can be very free to act on what we want.
Being independent from what you know is also important because it allows you to feel free from the opinions and feelings of others. In the same way that you are independent from your family and friends, you are also independent from your past. Most people have a very hard time knowing their pasts because they are forced to live in the past. This is why we have events that happen so that we can reflect on our pasts, how we treated others, and what we have done to ourselves.
We don’t want to be in a place that doesn’t have this feeling, but we also don’t know what it feels like.
We tend to compartmentalize our lives and our memories. We try to put them into boxes and hide our pasts from ourselves. To be honest, this makes it really hard to think of the past. We have to be too afraid to see how we feel. If we really want to remember the past, we have to start by looking at our own past and seeing what we did to ourselves. That will be a much better start.
The problem is that the past is always a reflection of our present and future. As we grow older we tend to compartmentalize our memories and experiences. We do the same thing with our selves. We tend to put ourselves in boxes and hide our pasts from ourselves. To be honest, this makes it really hard to think of the past. We have to be too afraid to see how we feel.
Because of this we are often unable to tell ourselves what we did to us. We don’t want to believe that we did something bad because we’re afraid that we’ll be punished for it. We have to take some time to examine our memories and see what we did to us in order to understand ourselves. We can use our past as a roadmap to better ourselves in the present.
