This is a term used in the industry and I found it helpful for describing what I’m going to discuss in this article. “File deletion” is a term which includes files that were deleted by Windows. The general term “deleted files” usually refers to files that were deleted by Windows when you actually delete them via the “Delete” button on the Windows Explorer.
When i first started using Windows, I was using it to delete files. I had a little file called “MyDocuments” that I used to store those files when i was away from my computer. I didn’t know it was even there, so when I closed the program, i thought it was gone. I always kept that folder in my Documents folder so I could go back and see it. I used to play with it. I used to delete files every now and then as well.
When you delete a file, you can’t see it anymore. In fact, if you go into the file, you’ll see a “deleted” status. You can only see files and folders that have been deleted by right clicking on the file. That’s where the ability to “wipe a file” comes from. You can either delete it completely or just delete the folder where it is.
At least I figured it out myself. The reason I say this is because I’ve found that deleting files doesn’t work, but the idea that deleting a file is no longer needed is just plain stupid. I had a few friends with that exact same situation, and I had to figure out why. So I decided to try it anyway. After all, the files I was deleting were never deleted, so there’s no reason not to try it out.
Well, there is one reason that deleting files does NOT work, and that is because the file you’re trying to delete is a hidden file. So if you delete a hidden file, there is a good chance that the file will still be there. So basically, what you’re doing is just trying to delete the file, but without actually deleting it.
I guess the real question is why would you delete a file that isnt actually in use? So I decided to see if I could delete a file that I didnt’ actually delete. After all, there are ways to delete a hidden file, too. I decided to try it. After I deleted the file, I still got a message saying that the file was deleted, but it wasnt. So I tried to delete the file again without deleting it, but I got the same message.
So the file is actually deleted because you don’t actually want it to exist. If it were in use, it would definitely be deleted. So now let me think about how to delete it.
The file is in ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Windows, a directory that is not deleted by accident. You can delete it by using the delete command, but if you do so you’ll get an error message that says that “The operation could not be completed because the file could not be removed from the system.” The truth is, you shouldn’t delete a file that you didn’t actually delete.
