I’m a huge fan of self-awareness. I think that the best self-awareness is when we are fully aware of our actions and can hold that awareness in our head. When we are aware of our actions, we can have more self-control.
This is actually the most important reason why many of us are willing to give up hope. If we try to keep our self-awareness and self-control, our life will be disrupted due to the fact that we are not fully aware of our actions.
