This is a known bug in the package, but I don’t know who to report it to. If anyone can, please let me know what package id I should use. My guess is 0038-1118 or 0038-1119.

If you get this error message: “Attempted to load a package you do not have the permissions to load: 0038-1118”. To fix it, check your package manager permissions and see if you have the permissions to load the package.
The reason I was told to use 0038-1118 is to get the package manager permissions. I have been told that everything else on the package is to be used as a test for access permissions. I would assume that this is the reason for this.
0038-1118 is actually a binary package that contains the source of the game. The binary package itself is called 0038-1119. The source of 0038-1118 is actually the game itself. If you have 0038-1118 installed, but it can’t be unloaded, then it’s because you have the wrong permissions for loading the binary.
